Quality Guarantee

All our products undergo strict quality control before shipment. We provide photos and specifications for approval before production begins.

Defective Products

• If products arrive with manufacturing defects, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos.
• We will replace defective products at no cost or issue a refund for the defective items.
• Replacement shipping costs are covered by us for confirmed defects.

Custom Products

Custom-molded products and OEM/ODM orders are non-refundable once production has begun, as they are manufactured to your specifications.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before production begins with full refund of deposit.
• Once production starts, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Custom mold fees are non-refundable once mold development begins.

• Provide photos of any defects or issues.
• Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
