Samples: Charged at Cost Price
We do not give samples away for free, and we would rather say so upfront than surprise you later. Every sample is charged at cost price, and we tell you the exact cost before you pay anything.
Why? Because an injection molded part is not a catalogue item that can be pulled off a shelf. Producing one means scheduling a machine run, and the resin, labour and express freight are all real costs. Charging at cost keeps the sample honest: you see the true production quality, and we are not pricing a giveaway into your future order.
Tell us the model number, colour and quantity you need and we will quote the sample cost together with the courier charge.
Export Orders: Why Full Container Load Only
For overseas orders we ship full container load (FCL). This is a deliberate policy, not a limitation.
Plastic products are light but bulky, so freight is billed on volume rather than weight. On a less-than-container load (LCL) shipment you pay a high freight rate per cubic metre, the goods are handled and re-handled at consolidation warehouses, and damage rates on large molded parts rise sharply. Transit times also stretch because you wait for someone else’s container to fill.
With FCL, your goods are loaded once at our factory, sealed, and opened at your warehouse. Unit freight cost drops, damage risk falls, and the arrival date is something we can actually commit to.
How Many Units Fit in a Container?
A 40HQ container has roughly 76 m3 of internal volume, and about 65 m3 is usable once you allow for loading gaps and stacking stability. What actually fits depends on whether the product nests, stacks, or ships assembled — that is why we calculate it per enquiry instead of quoting one number for everything.

Lead Time
For FCL orders, production typically takes 15–30 days after deposit, depending on the model mix, colour requirements and whether new tooling is needed. We confirm the exact schedule in your quotation rather than quoting a best case. If you need a custom colour, logo or a new mould, add tooling time and we will tell you how much.

Do you provide free samples?
No. Samples are charged at cost price, and we confirm the exact cost before payment. This covers resin, machine time and courier freight, and it means your future bulk price is not inflated to pay for giveaways.
What is your minimum order quantity?
For delivery inside China there is no minimum order quantity — we ship by domestic logistics or express. For export orders we ship full container load (20GP, 40GP or 40HQ).
Can I mix different products in one container?
Yes. Most importers combine trolleys, crates, pallets and bins in a single 40HQ. We provide the loading plan showing the quantity and pallet arrangement for each SKU.
Can you produce custom colours or our logo?
Yes. We run our own mould workshop and have produced OEM parts for brands including BYD, VIVO, OPPO and Delice. Custom colour matching, logo printing and new tooling are quoted separately.
What Incoterms do you work on?
FOB is standard, shipping from Foshan or Shenzhen. Payment terms and the production schedule are confirmed on your quotation.
